How should women support other women? Knowing that there are people you can be vulnerable with is crucial. People can’t help you if you don’t share what’s wrong. Even the most successful women I know, still experience imposter syndrome. We live in a society that often portrays perfect lives, leading us to believe we need to be perfect too. When we realize we don’t have to be perfect, we can grow authentically and support each other in the ways we truly need.

How do you inspire others? By sharing my own story, I aim to inspire others to believe that it’s never too late to pursue their dreams. Starting my company at 37, after years as a stay-at-home mom, I broke into the corporate world, demonstrating that age and experience shouldn’t limit anyone. Whether your path is conventional or not, I strive to empower others by reminding them that they can still achieve their dreams if they believe in themselves.
