The Chicago Network, the city’s premier women’s leadership organization, hosted its 35th annual Women in the Forefront Luncheon at the Hilton Chicago. President and CEO Maria Doughty welcomed the Network’s largest group to date, more than 1,400 impactful leaders. Emcee Mary Kay Kleist, CBS2 meteorologist, shared her own story of success before handing the stage over to the inspiring discussion between moderator Jericka Duncan, CBS Weekend News anchor, and keynote speaker Ginni Rometty, author and former Chairman, President, and CEO of IBM.
