Greatest risk you’ve taken as a professional? The greatest risk I’ve taken professionally was leaving a comfortable salary job with my family to launch my bridal store. Despite having no prior experience in the bridal industry, I ventured into the unknown with a passion for fashion and some business experience. The rest was all hope and faith.

Traits you think great leaders possess? Great leaders embody understanding, empathy, and integrity. My father taught me to treat employees with respect and as equals, a principle that has shaped my leadership approach. These traits build genuine connections and inspire trust, creating an environment where everyone thrives.

Powerful woman you admire the most? A powerful woman I admire is Lisa Vanderpump. She’s a powerhouse—excelling as a successful business owner, exceptional leader, devoted wife, and amazing mother, all while looking incredible. Her ability to thrive in every facet of her life is truly inspiring.

Habit you’ve adopted that has had a significant positive change on your daily routine? Daily prayer, walks, or doing something active, preferably outdoors, is crucial. Self-care is incredibly important for success to avoid burnout.
