How should women support other women? Women should support other women by being a friend, being empathetic to each other’s struggles, and by being supportive to uplift one another. Additionally, we can support each other by promoting and sharing each other’s work and creating a collaborative environment where everyone’s voices are heard and valued.

What is the most important characteristic of an effective leader? The most important characteristic of an effective leader is the ability to communicate effectively. They clearly convey their vision, goals, and expectations so everyone is on the same page. Leaders who are also able to mentor, inspire, motivate, and listen are the best leaders. Leadership means setting an example. If you set a good example, you do not need to set rules.

What meaningful lesson did you learn in your first job? One of the lessons I learned early in my career is the importance of teamwork. In running a successful business, you have to work together to achieve success. My success lies directly in the people that surround and support me. I would not be in my position today without my team. It really does take a village!
