Most rewarding part of what you do? Every day I get to help people sell or find their new home, which is one of the most gratifying things a person can do with their career. It is one of the most emotional sales/purchases a person will make, and I am fortunate enough to help them through the process.

How do you inspire others? I lead by example. Every day I try to do something positive, whether it is volunteering, picking up trash on the sidewalk—starting the #CleaningUpClarendonHills initiative this past year, playing with my kids, doing the best for my clients, or simply making the person behind me in the grocery store line smile. Every little bit of positivity can change someone’s day for the better.

Definition of success? To me, success is about setting goals, achieving them, and then aiming even higher. It’s a continuous journey of pushing boundaries and reaching new milestones. While each person’s goals may differ, we all share a deepseated drive to do our best. Traits you think great leaders possess? I believe great leaders are humble, have humility, and the desire to see others succeed.
