LINDSEY HANDRINOS is the founder of Green Life Swaps, an in-home wellness company that helps families create cleaner, healthier living spaces without the overwhelm. Her wellness journey began long before motherhood, when she started making small, intentional changes to ensure her mind, body, and home were in the best shape for the next chapter of her life. What began as a personal commitment soon became a deeper passion. Once her three children were in full-day school, Handrinos turned that passion into a business. Through Green Life Swaps, she works with clients to replace everyday toxins with safer, high-performing options that fit seamlessly into their routines. She likens her role to a professional organizer, but instead of closets, she’s helping clients clear out what’s under their sinks. Many want to live cleaner but feel unsure where to begin, so she handles the research, simplifies choices, and offers personalized guidance. At its core, Green Life Swaps is about empowerment and attainable change. Handrinos believes a cleaner home leads to a clearer mind and a healthier family, and that steady progress matters more than perfection.
