Shore Vs. City

SAMANTHA SCHAPS JACOBSON is on a mission to show you just how cool American-made goods are, and how important it is to support and purchase American-made. As a partner to her mother, who opened the Highland Park contemporary design gallery CITYWOODS in 1988 with her father, Jacobson grew up in a world surrounded by art and fine craft. That upbringing, along with her education and keen sense of taste in jewelry, has propelled this mom of one, and soon to be mom of two, into a position of strength when it comes to styling jewels on her clients, or helping them curate their coffee table décor. Jacobson takes a break from a busy day at CITYWOODS to share her go-tos on the shore and in the city.
