MAGGIE STEPF has been a Senior Private Client Advisor with Moda Operandi for five years. Serving an elite clientele from the North Shore and abroad, she acts as a bridge to the fashion world, bringing runway trends directly to her clients each season. Stepf excels in crafting bespoke styles from luxury designers and jewelers, while also curating ready-to-wear apparel and accessories— ensuring a comprehensive and personalized wardrobe experience through in-home and virtual consultations. Stepf is dedicated to philanthropy, proudly working with the CARE Women’s Network to raise awareness and funds for CARE’s lifesaving work to empower and educate girls all around the world that are living below poverty line.

Most rewarding part of what you do? Seeing my clients exude confidence in the looks I’ve styled, especially when these styles challenge their comfort zones. I love helping women recognize their unique style and become the best versions of themselves.

How should women support other women? Women should support each other by uplifting and encouraging one another to succeed and make strides together. By doing so, we build confidence, create supportive networks, and empower women from all walks of life.

How do you inspire others? I inspire others by sharing my excitement for each season’s New York Fashion Week collections. By detailing design elements, fabrications, and inspirations, I spark my clients’ enthusiasm and encourage them to elevate their style.

Definition of success? Enjoying day-to-day life with the people around me—family, friends, clients, and colleagues. I aim for continuous personal growth and remain open to learning from new experiences.
