How do you inspire others? The only way I know how to inspire others is to follow those who inspire me. That is through hard work, honesty, and integrity.

Definition of success? For me, success is more than achieving business goals. It’s the pursuit of the absolute best relationships with family, friends, and clients.

Greatest risk you’ve taken as a professional? On a few occasions throughout my career, I have taken on large real estate development projects that typically might be handled by a commercial real estate department. The first project of this type was early in my career initially challenging my experience and skill set. However, my hard work and tenacity proved successful and broadened my horizons and the services I could offer my clients.

Best piece of advice for anyone starting out? Protect your integrity and manage your time. You can only earn integrity and you can never replace wasted time.

Traits you think great leaders possess? I think a great leader is one who asks you to do what they are willing to do themselves. They inspire by their own work ethic. Powerful woman you admire the most? The women I admire are those who are kind and are always giving of themselves. They are the ones that influence me the most.
