In 1993, Lynch Construction was founded to specialize in custom home remodels along the North Shore. The husband-and-wife team of Jeff and Joan Lynch have built a reputation on constructing renovations and new homes from the ground up using old-world craftsmanship.

What sets you apart from your competition? By having talented employees on staff, we are able to truly customize our client’s homes. Owners Jeff and Joan Lynch are a husband-and-wife team with completely different strengths that build off of each other.

Best thing about 2020 was? Personally, we have enjoyed the numerous family dinners at home over this pandemic. We love to cook and try new recipes, so everyone relishes dinnertime. Professionally, we were blessed with work at unoccupied residences, therefore we were, and have been able to fully employ all our staff during a very trying time for many other Americans.

Where do you draw inspiration from? We are inspired by art forms and structure alignment. An old oak tree in its structural beauty can inspire shapes and forms as an old home with its wonderful history. Jeff Lynch sees the possibilities whether it is a new home or a renovation and helps bring them to life either with homeowners directly or working with a team of architects and/or interior designers.

Favorite mantra? If you enjoy what you do, and the people around you, then it’s not work!
