After serving in the Navy and being a stock and bond broker for 10 years, in 1986, Dave Pequet founded MPI Wealth Management, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm. “We are independent and do not sell any financial products and therefore can act as a client’s fiduciary. Our compensation is not commission-based and structured so that when you are successful, we are successful,” explains Pequet, who welcomed his son, Matt, into the business 21 years ago.
