What trends are shaping the high-end real estate landscape right now?
Lifestyle has become a central force in luxury real estate demand. Today’s buyers are drawn to homes that offer experiential living—beach access, easy rides into town, flexible recreation spaces like mahjong or game rooms, and private sports courts. Wellness amenities continue to gain momentum, with saunas, yoga studios, and home gyms now considered essential features rather than extras.
What role does privacy, and legacy play in your client relationships?
Privacy and legacy considerations play a central role in many of my client relationships. While there is certainly a time and place for social media exposure, press coverage, and public-facing marketing, some transactions call for a far more discreet and thoughtful approach. Understanding when confidentiality matters most—and handling those situations with sensitivity—is essential. I believe it’s this level of discretion and strong interpersonal judgment that leads many high-net-worth clients to refer me to their friends and family.
