Dr. Lauren Biestek, founder of Level Health and Wellness, is a dedicated advocate for holistic health and lasting wellness. A lifelong athlete, she deeply understands the importance of peak physical function and leverages her expertise and passion in health care to help patients achieve pain-free, vibrant lives.

In 2023, she opened the Barrington location to bring her patient-centered approach to the community. Her dedication to empowering others led to the launch of a second location in Lake in the Hills in 2024, expanding access to her comprehensive care. Her approach goes beyond spinal adjustments, incorporating therapies like acupuncture, cupping, nutritional counseling, and lab testing to address root causes of pain and dysfunction.

As we face a population aging faster than expected due to sedentary lifestyles and overconsumption of processed foods leading to an alarming rise in health issues, Dr. Biestek’s mission is to empower patients with the tools and treatments to thrive at every stage of life. “My goal is to uncover the root cause of discomfort—whether it’s a misalignment, poor posture, stress, or a deeper metabolic issue,” she explains. Inspired by her grandfather’s adaptability and work ethic, she brings the same dedication to her constantly evolving practice.
