LAKE FOREST CHAPTER OF THE INFANT WELFARE SOCIETY OF CHICAGO HOSTS BARE BONES

On February 8, the Lake Forest Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago hosted its “Bare Bones” party at the site of the 2023 Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens. The party served as the kick-off event for the showhouse, which will open daily to visitors May 6-June 4. The Bare Bones celebration gave over 250 board members and their guests the opportunity to explore the home in its stripped-down condition—prior to what is sure to be a major design transformation. Following the event, the onsite work begins for almost 35 interior and landscape design firms who have been invited to design rooms or outdoor spaces at this year’s Lake Forest Showhouse & Gardens.
