Best thing about 2021 was? Reuniting with my extended family at family events after the pandemic and doubling my sales from the prior year.

Past trends you’d like to see return? A healthy supply of available homes on the North Shore.

Trends on the horizon? Buyers and sellers are on the move, second-home ownership is up, and people are migrating from Chicago to the suburbs. It’s a great time to be a seller!

Best advice ever given to you? My dad told me at an early age that no one will serve up success to you on a silver platter. You need to go out and work for it. My son also reminded me this is the best advice I gave him.

Where do you draw inspiration from? My husband, Chris Irwin. He works hard every day being a great dad and step dad, all while managing a successful career in commercial real estate.
