Best thing about 2021 was? I had another outstanding year despite the obstacles the marketplace presented. I was privileged to succeed in every multiple-offer situation whether on the list or buy side.

Trends on the horizon? 2022 is already shaping up to be a similar year to 2021. I’m already experiencing high demand and, because of many factors including the advent of Omicron, inventory is poised to remain low.

Best advice ever given to you? Be grateful when the market is good, which I am. I’ve also passed this advice on to many others.
