BETTY BRANDOLINO conceived Fresh Twist Studio on the back of a cocktail napkin during one date night with her husband on Rush Street downtown. Established in 2010, Fresh Twist is a customer-oriented luxury interior design studio that provides unique expertise in window treatments— featuring a Hunter Douglas Gallery—and full service interior design services to clients. Her entrepreneurial spirit, love of mentoring others, and 25 years of experience in the design and building industry motivate her daily. As founder and Creative Director, Brandolino leads and nurtures her all-female team to help clients visualize, design, and build their dream homes, ranging from lake houses and large family-centric suburban homes to modern high rises and city brownstones. With a functional yet aesthetically beautiful design approach that respects classic details—and adds a modern “fresh twist”—the team delivers thoughtful and unexpected elements in each of their projects. “I’m a hands-on workaholic entrepreneur, involved in every aspect of the business,” she says. “Projects and ideas are bouncing around my head 24 hours a day.” She thrives on collaboratively curating beautiful and memorable environments and finding new ways to bring value to her clients.
