Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center hosted its annual Humanitarian Awards Dinner with CNN Anchor and Chief Political Correspondent Dana Bash as Master of Ceremonies, and Former Israeli Ambassador to the United States Michael Oren as the special guest speaker. The evening paid tribute to Holocaust survivors, veterans, and the night’s honorees. More than 1,500 business, civic, and community leaders attended raising more than $2 million in support of the Museum’s mission to preserve survivor stories, including its groundbreaking Interactive Holograms and state-of-the-art Virtual Reality experiences. The Museum presented its prestigious Humanitarian Awards to Northern Trust, accepted by Chairman and CEO Michael O’Grady, and Pete Kadens, entrepreneur and philanthropist. ilholocaustmuseum.org
