“Patients often express their appreciation for the numerous plants in our office, the cheerful presence of parakeets, and the soothing sound machines playing waterfall melodies,” they share. “We make a concerted effort to ensure our patients feel comfortable, recognizing the significant courage it takes to confront health issues.” Dr. Bansal shares that if she weren’t a board-certified physician, she would probably be drawn to the role of an FBI profiler because she has a deep, genuine interest in understanding personalities and motivations behind people’s actions and finds criminal behavior particularly intriguing. Kalil, Chief Clinical Officer at Ray of Hope, has always been passionate about pop music since childhood, and if not caring for patients in her work today, she would consider a career as a DJ. “Even now, I find myself completely immersed in creating themed playlists,” she shares.
