Past trends you’d like to see return? More young families coming from the city sooner and visiting open houses with young children.

Best advice ever given to you? You will develop a thick skin in real estate. It looks glamorous and fun, but it’s also a high energy, highly competitive industry with great challenges.

Favorite mantra? Take the road less traveled; you never know where it may lead you. Get creative in your life, your business strategy, and your daily game plan, because it will get you farther, bring you more happiness, and lead to more opportunity.
