OLYA BORSUCK was born in Ukraine and thinks of her early years as a global adventure with stops in Prague, Toronto, Chicago, and eventually Seattle, where she studied nursing. “Living in Seattle was a blast, especially in my tiny yet fabulous studio right in the heart of Pike Place Market. Surrounded by the buzz of the city, it was an exciting time, but after a few years, I felt ready for something new. That’s when I followed my heart to Poland for medical school—quite literally, since I met my husband during the first week of orientation,” Olya says.
The couple eventually found themselves back in Chicagoland, building a life they love together in Hinsdale, a town Olya is proud to call home.
With her husband Paul, a board-certified medical doctor, Olya is the co-founder of InfuseWell Concierge, a business born from their shared passion for preventative care and holistic health. They specialize in regenerative medicine, focusing on treatments like physiciansupervised NAD+ IV infusions, medical weight loss programs, exosomes, and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapies. She says, “With my extensive background in nursing and my husband’s medical expertise, we’ve created a service dedicated to cutting-edge, science-driven wellness solutions that don’t just help people recover but empower them to thrive.”
At home, Olya and Paul are raising two beautiful children, ages five and four. “Family time is a priority for us, whether we’re traveling or doing everyday things like running around between school drop-offs, afterschool activities, or simply enjoying a family dinner together. These moments keep me grounded and fuel my passion for creating a life rooted in wellness, both personally and professionally,” Olya says.
Do you have a mantra? “We need not wait to see what others do.” — Mahatma Gandhi. This quote serves as a daily reminder to lead by example and to stay true to my values without waiting for external approval or validation. What organizations do you support? I proudly support the Hinsdale Junior Women’s Club. It’s an organization that allows me to contribute to the betterment of our community, something I’m passionate about. What’s your signature entertaining style? I absolutely love hosting, and Thanksgiving is a highlight every year. My husband and I make the entire meal ourselves, including two turkeys, spicy Italian sausage stuffing, and a cheesy corn casserole that’s a family favorite. There’s something truly special about gathering loved ones around a table filled with homemade dishes. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so no detail is too small. From the menu to the décor, I ensure everything is thoughtfully curated and of the highest quality. Any daily rituals that make you feel centered? We bought a cold plunge about a year ago, and after months of pretending I’d use it “tomorrow,” I finally took the plunge—literally. Now, I’m hooked. It’s like getting a shot of energy and a dopamine boost all at once. Who knew sitting in freezing water would make me feel so alive? It’s shocking how much it’s changed my day-to-day energy. Music, you love? I have an eclectic taste in music, but I’m particularly drawn to pop. There’s something uplifting about it, especially during morning drives or while I’m at home. Train is one of my favorite bands, and their music has a timeless quality that I adore. Favorite autumn traditions? Fall is a time for reflection and renewal in our household. We make it a point to take family photos every year—it’s a tradition that captures the passage of time in a meaningful way. I also use the season to reorganize and refresh our home, preparing for the months ahead. We love visiting pumpkin patches and cozying up as a family. Every year, we also take a weeklong trip to Mexico just before Thanksgiving—it’s our way of soaking up some warmth before the long Chicago winter.
What’s your go-to outfit? My go-to look is effortlessly chic—jeans paired with a cozy sweater and a stylish sneaker. I love being comfortable but still feeling polished for whatever the day holds. Is there anything you can’t leave the house without? I never leave the house without my Stanley cup filled with electrolytes—it’s my secret to staying hydrated and energized throughout the day. Where do they know you by name? The Starbucks near Whole Foods knows me well—I’m there so often for my caramel macchiato that the baristas always have it ready when I walk in! Do you have a favorite memory of living in the area? Attending Uniquely Thursdays right after we closed on our house—it was like the stars aligned. The kids fell in love with it, we made new friends, and it was our first real taste of what makes this community so special. It was like the universe was saying, “Welcome home! Favorite festival or special event? Without a doubt, Uniquely Thursdays! It’s become a beloved tradition for our family, and we look forward to it every summer. If an ad agency asked you to write a commercial for your town, what would you say? Hinsdale: where charming meets convenience, and you’re just a walk away from great coffee, beautiful parks, and a community that feels like family. Oh, and did I mention the unbeatable school district?
Do you wear any outfits or accessories that like too much day to day but is perfect for the city? On most days, I prefer to keep it casual, but whenever we venture into the city, I love to step it up with a pair of statement heels. It adds an extra level of sophistication to my outfit that feels perfectly suited to the urban energy of Chicago. What’s in your bag? I keep it simple—just my phone and Summer Fridays lip balm. I can’t stand chapped lips, and Apple Pay has made life so much easier that I rarely carry a wallet anymore View that never gets old? The Chicago Riverwalk is absolutely stunning. No matter how many times I visit, the view always feels fresh and inspiring. Best quick bite or hidden gem? Alla Vita might not be a hidden gem, but it’s definitely a family favorite. Whether we’re sneaking in a weeknight date or gathering everyone for a meal, it always hits the spot! Do you have a favorite museum? The Art Institute of Chicago. I can get lost in the Impressionist wing for hours—it’s like taking a mini European vacation without the jet lag. Plus, it’s a great excuse to feel cultured while sipping coffee in their courtyard. What is your favorite movie filmed or set in Chicago? Home Alone, for sure. Not just because it’s a classic, but because my kids are obsessed with it—and watching them laugh at the same scenes I loved growing up makes my heart burst. Also, who wouldn’t want to live in that house?
