Having worked in the luxury space my entire career, I understand it extremely well. The luxury market is in part about having the right connections, access to information and resources, and providing an exceptional level of service. I minimize the stress and maximize the results for both my buyers and sellers. My list-to-sale ratio for sellers in 2025 was 105 percent and I sold two of the top 20 properties in DuPage County in 2025.

How do you guide clients through pricing, timing and discretion?
Confidentiality is paramount in what I do. People sell their homes for a variety of reasons. Some are exciting and some are heartbreaking. While I have a team to support my business, I am the only agent working with them. Therefore, they have me for all key aspects of the process. Everything I do focuses on the very best possible outcome for my buyers or sellers. Timing is less important in the luxury market as transactions occur all year long. Pricing is critical. I know this market extremely well and ensure we get the right strike price.
