Why you love what you do? It is very special to continually make new friends and maintain lasting relationships in our community.
What sets you apart from your competition? My business plan has never been about being the biggest or doing the most volume, but giving my utmost personal attention to the clients I serve.
Best thing about 2021 was? As I worked more efficiently and expanded my support staff, it allowed me to serve more clients—both buyers and sellers—to accomplish the best year of my career.
Past trends you’d like to see return? I am hoping to see the continuation of “cozy spaces” as opposed to massive, cavernous rooms.
Trends on the horizon? I see the trend as still luxurious, but more relaxed and approachable. Hanging out and entertaining at home is very important for today’s buyer.
Best advice ever given to you? Your reputation is the single most important element in business and life. Always protect it.
