Past trends you’d like to see return? Beautiful wide plank oak flooring. We are amazed by how much real, hand-scraped wood flooring can add a luxury appeal to a home.

Trends on the horizon? We’re hoping to see bright pops of color such as blue and green. We’ve always loved a sharp white backdrop with a pop of color and would love to see pallets transition away from grey.

Best advice you’ve given? When buying a home, look for the longer-term solution. The ups and downs of the market are unpredictable, and we never like to see our clients outgrow their home before the market bears a better selling price!
