Elena Victoria’s EV Fine Arts Jewelry Design Camp turns creativity into confidence.

“I think jewelry is an expression of one’s self,” says Elena Victoria, fashion designer and founder of EV Fine Arts. “This is a way for people of all ages to show their style and personality.”

Elena has been a lover of clothing and jewelry since the young age of 3.

What you may not realize when Elena’s eye catches you, is that she notices the fine details of your look, down to the jewelry.

“I can discover so much about a person just through their choice in jewelry, whether it’s a vintage watch, a great pair of gold earrings, or a delicate chain,” she says. “It’s so interesting to see how a person can express themselves.”

So how does someone take an outfit from fine to finished? Elena starts her own mornings with a single, deceptively simple ritual.

“Waking up and selecting the right watch for the outfit is the first thing I do,” she says.

A delicate watch on a leather strap, for example, can soften a chunky fall sweater beautifully. Swap it for a sporty watch on a stainless steel bracelet, and a simple tennis dress turns suddenly chic instead of just athletic.

Elena believes that fashion is a chance to express yourself, with endless possibilities. There is no right or wrong, which keeps it a fun, refreshing part of life. T

hat same spirit of self-expression is exactly what she hopes to instill in her young students through her EV Fine Arts Jewelry Design Camp—her latest offering, in addition to her most popular EV Fine Arts Fashion Design & Sewing Camp.

Each day of camp introduces a new technique: handmade bracelets, necklaces, pendants, and more, with students learning to work polymer clay, using tools like pliers and even a pasta machine to condition the clay. By the end of the week, every young designer walks the runway to model their own creations at the final fashion show.

But the real takeaway? It’s a glowing confidence—a true sense of self.

“The idea behind our camp is not only to come learn how to design and create clothing and jewelry, but how it feels to have created something that did not exist before,” she says.

That is the joy and excitement she sees behind each student when they walk the runway. “It’s a satisfaction from what they have accomplished, and a joy and smile that parents have yet to see.”

Elena’s world extends well beyond camp. EV Fine Arts also offers private lessons and birthday parties, including popular in-home events where parents curate the guest list, request a favorite teacher, and pick a project. Elena’s team brings everything else.

Whether it’s a birthday party, a summer camp, or a woman getting dressed on a Tuesday, Elena’s message stays the same: the right jewelry doesn’t just complete a look; it reveals one.
