A True, Boutique Business

During a celebratory toast at Pat O’Brien’s in New Orleans, after COURTNEY BOHNEN STACH earned her B.A. in Communication at Loyola New Orleans, her dad, John sketched out his vision for a family business on a cocktail napkin. Today, Stach is one of the broker owners—along with John and Penny Bohnen and John and Jack Brennan—of County Line Properties’ steadfast business and talented team of agents in the Western Suburban corridor. “My dad’s dream was to collaborate his sales knowledge of high-rises and home construction with my mom Penny’s ‘happy client’ 20-year track record of strong real estate sales.” It’s no surprise that Stach calls both parents her role models. “Their goal as a team was to develop a boutique real estate firm to serve the community and clientele with ‘the highest caliber of service’ combined with their expert knowledge of the area and industry,” she says. Of their three daughters, Courtney was the one compelled to embrace their dream. Her business style for success is to work tirelessly, keep clients prioritized, and remain always ahead of their needs. Stach’s outlook is evidenced by her everyday lifestyle: “I am inspired to work hard for my kids and family. In real estate, I love all the elements that energize ‘a family” and bring comfort and happiness to them. I work at maximum capacity to make their real estate experience the very best it can be. You have to operate like a rock star agent on every transaction and leave your clientele asking for an encore!”
