Looking back through the camera lens of David Leslie Anthony, Sheridan Road magazine’s renowned photographer who captured this month’s cover feature, another memorable moment is exposed. In 2013, Anthony photographed fashions for Sheridan Road that tipped a hat to Truman Capote’s legendary Black and White Ball, showcasing the season’s most gorgeous—and gothic—gowns. Drawing applause from around the world, the work was celebrated in Malta during the 2014 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week as part of their Fashion Photo Exhibit. In our anniversary issue, we reflect on this extraordinary recognition for both Anthony and Sheridan Road.
