What are the top design trends for 2024?
In every product category we see trends that dominate over time. In carpet specifically, we see a huge emphasis on patterns often seen in fabrics and textiles like stripes, plaids, animal prints, and chevron patterns. Instead of being limited to sizes offered from most ready-made rug manufactures, the homeowner now can design the perfect rug in the perfect size to fit their furniture layout. Choosing a fabricated cutto- fit area rug from broadloom carpeting opens up an entire universe of design and color options. The demand for rugs follows the continuing trend of hardwood flooring that is the floor of first choice for most homeowners on the North Shore.
