WALK FOR WELLNESS HOUSE

One of the most meaningful days of the year is always a Sunday in May, when people of all ages band together to Walk for Wellness House. Many have deeply personal stories of resilience, remembrance, or both from their own cancer battle or that of a relative or friend. Chairs Mahrukh Hussain and Dr. Arpi Thukral led the crowd in honoring all. This year featured new engagement features for young walkers alongside familiar faces including Presenting Sponsor, The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies. The walk, which itself is always special, is particularly meaningful to Inland in honor of lead founder and committed philanthropist, Dan Goodwin. To honor Dan, this year’s walk shirts carried a DAN emblem over the heart, and each member of the Inland Team of employees and affiliates wore special caps with the DAN emblem to honor his dedication and support of Wellness House over the years. wellnesshouse.org
