JACKIE LOUGHLIN, M.Ed. and EMILY PAGONE, M.S., LCPC, PMH-C, CCTP-II are redefining wellness with their innovative project, IFS BluePrint. Loughlin, renowned for her thought leadership in human potential, and Pagone, an expert in trauma treatment, have united to explore Internal Family Systems (IFS). Their unique platform combines coaching, counseling, and education, offering a fresh approach to self-discovery. Together, they are making it easier to connect with your true self and achieve a deeper sense of emotional and mental well-being.

Most rewarding part of what you do?
Loughlin: Seeing clients make significant, positive changes and achieve their goals is incredibly fulfilling. Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients is another rewarding aspect. The deep connections formed during coaching can be mutually enriching and long-lasting.
Pagone: Having the honor of people’s trust and permission to sit with them in their darkest moments. Bearing witness to the human condition despite how challenging, layered, and complicated life is, there is healing and hope to be discovered.

How do you inspire others?
Loughlin: I wholeheartedly commit to having a beginner’s mindset. I have my own coaches, teachers, therapists, and mentors all of whom will listen to and support me in my own life. I find opportunities to grow and be in the practice of what I teach.
Pagone: I always work on my own healing towards the goal of growing more into myself. The more I continue to do my own work, the more I am able to offer the purest form of healing energy to others. I am always eager and hungry to learn, and highly motivated to continuously evolve and iterate towards the goal of providing the best possible care for our clients, community, and little corner of the world.
