How should women support other women?
Parker: By offering mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge to young professionals.
Barrins: It is important to provide them opportunities to grow and show them ways to balance career, family, relationships and personal health.
Habit you’ve adopted that has had a significant positive change on your daily routine?
Parker: Someone once told me to take the time you need to fill up your cup. Doing so is paramount to ensuring that you approach every day as your best self.
Barrins: Working out every morning before anyone else is awake. It helps me start my day feeling a sense of accomplishment.
Best piece of advice for anyone starting out?
Barrins: Always honor your word. It is what earns trust and respect.
Parker: Be patient and persistent. Nothing worthwhile happens overnight.
