Most rewarding part of what you do? Everyone seeks to find their place in the world, and I am grateful to navigate that most important life decision … finding a home. The importance of the search based on deep understanding of each person’s goals, the trust and intimacy shared, and the nuances of helping with design elements to make it “home” bring me great joy.

How should women support other women? Leading an all-woman team, I experience the gift of women supporting women every day both professionally and personally. I value the partnership we have in all aspects of our work and believe one of the best ways women can support each other is reflected in the Compass principle of collaborating without ego.

Best piece of advice for anyone starting out? It all begins with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. In real estate, you should become a local expert in an area by creating a consistent presence both on a personal level and with a digital footprint that provides relevant information and insights that reflect your expertise.
