What excites you most about the future of your industry?
Kelly: What excites me most is how the real estate industry is becoming more personalized, tech-savvy, and community-driven. In a market like Hinsdale—where charm, heritage, and lifestyle matter deeply. I’m thrilled by the tools we now have to better match clients with their dream home. Virtual tours, smart data, and digital platforms are helping streamline the process, but at the heart of it, relationships still matter most. I see the future of real estate as a powerful blend of innovation and personal connection—and I’m excited to bring that to every client I serve in Hinsdale and beyond.
How do you define confidence—and how have you built it?
Stewart: To me, confidence is the quiet certainty that comes from preparation, experience, and genuinely caring about the people you serve. In real estate—especially in a discerning market like Hinsdale—confidence isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about knowing your market, trusting your instincts, and showing up with consistency and integrity.
How do you maintain balance between your professional and personal life?
Stewart: For me, there is no clear line between my personal and professional life—and my clients benefit from that. I’m always just a call or text away, ready to guide, support, and advocate for them through every step of the journey. Over the years, many of my clients have become dear friends, often referring their children and family members to me—something I treasure more than words can express. Working alongside my own daughter and helping the next generation plant their roots makes this work incredibly meaningful. Real estate isn’t just what I do—it’s a part of who I am.
