The Community House Woman’s Board introduces The Winnetka Edit, an exciting new evolution of the beloved Antiques + Modernism Show. Taking place at The Community House in Winnetka from November 6 to 7, the two-day fundraising event blends exceptional shopping with inspiring design, featuring a carefully curated collection of antiques, furniture, artwork, home décor, and vintage fashion from sought-after dealers, retailers, and vintage experts. The festivities begin Friday evening with “A Night at the Estate,” an elevated Opening Night Party offering craft cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, and first access to the weekend’s shopping. Saturday continues with coveted speakers and a Designer Showcase featuring five North Shore and Chicago-based interior designers—Sarah Vaile Design, White Couch Design’s Liz Aibel Sherwood, Jen Marie Interiors, Emily Sturgess Design, and Lee Thinnes Interiors—who will share their distinctive styles while offering inspiration and curated collections. Chaired by Laura Senner and Sharokina Pazand, The Winnetka Edit benefits The Community House, the historic nonprofit that has served the North Shore since 1911 through educational, recreational, cultural, and community programming.
