Laura Fitzpatrick is one of the area’s foremost real estate advisors, known for her unmatched market knowledge, proven results, and dedication to her clients. A longtime North Shore resident, Fitzpatrick offers both professional expertise and a personal connection to the communities she serves. Since launching her career in 2008, she has closed more than $256 million across 280 transactions, representing buyers and sellers at every level of the market. In 2025 alone, she achieved over $54 million in sales, solidifying her position among the region’s elite.
How do you guide clients through pricing, timing, and discretion?
Everything starts with trust and data. Pricing is about understanding the market at a granular level and positioning a home to attract the right buyer—not just a buyer. Timing is equally strategic. Discretion is non-negotiable in the luxury space. My role is to be a steady, honest advisor—guiding clients with clarity, confidence, and a long-term perspective.
What role do lifestyle, privacy, and legacy play in your client relationships?
For many of my clients, a home is deeply personal—it’s where families grow, traditions are created, and legacies take shape. Lifestyle informs everything from location to layout, while privacy often dictates how we market and transact. I take the responsibility of stewarding these decisions seriously. Many of my client relationships become long-term, not one-time transactions, and I’m often advising across multiple stages of life—buying, selling, renovating, and eventually passing homes on to the next generation.
What advice would you give to agents aspiring to work in the luxury space?
Focus on mastery before marketing. Luxury clients expect expertise, discretion, and calm leadership—not noise. Learn your market inside and out, invest in relationships, and play the long game.
