Art enthusiasts gathered for an evening of beautiful works and a panel discussion on the influence that artwork has on the home. The power panel, moderated by Virgil Catherine Gallery owner Catherine Ponakala, included Julie Laux, owner and principal designer of J. Jordan Homes; Dawn McKenna, founder of the Dawn McKenna Group; expert art dealer and curator for Triad Art Group Hope Lloyd Brown; internationally known art and fashion photographer Udo Spreitzenbarth; New York based artist Guy Stanley Philoche; and Courtney Wright, president and owner of Gemini Builds It. Guests also had the opportunity to explore design options and connect with likeminded decorators. The evening was presented by the Dawn McKenna Group, in collaboration with Virgil Catherine Gallery, J. Jordan Homes, and the Hinsdale Junior Woman’s Club, at J.Jordan Homes’ newest custom masterpiece.
