Past trends you would like to see return? Trends come and go, and each of our projects is unique and tailor made for our clients. To accomplish that, we spend hours with each client personalizing every last detail. We see our style as enduring without focusing on what is in vogue.

Trends on the horizon? We guide our clients to work on making their homes timeless by not cornering themselves into a traditional, transitional, or contemporary style. One trend that we do see developing further is a desire for outdoor living spaces. What was once reserved for more favorable year-round environments has now become something that almost every homeowner in any climate can enjoy thanks to new heating technologies.

Favorite Mantra? “Measure twice, cut once.” We take deliberate care to look where others do not; execution always lies in the details.

Most looking forward to in 2022? One of the things we are most excited about is our growing real estate division. Our focus has been on finding unique properties or land that allow us to create a one-of-a-kind Airoom masterpiece. Our newest project is an 8,000-square-foot luxury home sitting on a half acre lot in Winnetka. It’s exciting because it lets us be creative on every level of the process. From design to construction, it’s 100 percent a product from the entire Airoom Team.
