The holidays may be over but there are still plenty of ways to bask in the snow-kissed glow of winter. Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park debuted its inaugural FAIRMONT LODGE right before Thanksgiving but plans to continue the cozy, wintery-themed experience through February. “We are bringing a new meaning to staycationing for this season. More than ever, people are looking for unique ways to come together, relax, recharge, and have fun,” says Clay Spencer, General Manager of Fairmont Chicago. Nestled between Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile, the lodge offers a winter haven for families, visitors, and neighbors with cozy décor, fire pits, seasonal programming, and overnight packages. Chef William Schultz completes the experience with a seasonal menu of bites like Sweet and Savory Fondue, S’mores, and Oaxaca Spiced Short Ribs. Signature handcrafted cocktails include a Flaming Egg Nog made tableside and Oh So Delish Hot Chocolate, both served in a Lodge-themed collector cup. You can also find warmth and cozy up to the indoor fire pit tables (there are nine total, accommodating up to eight people) at the Lodge every Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are required.
