Lake Forest Library and Lake Bluff Public Library have teamed up for their Between the Ravines: Two Communities, One Nonfiction Book program, and this spring’s pick is Margaret Renkl’s The Comfort of Crows: A Backyard Year—a quiet, gorgeous meditation on nature, joy, and loss, with original artwork by the author’s brother on every chapter.
