Why you love what you do? It gives me great satisfaction helping my clients move forward in life, be it a bigger home or smaller home, and knowing they are starting a new chapter that will make their lives more joyous.

Best thing about 2021 was? I’m proud that I recorded the highest sales volume of my career, with more than $55 Million in sales for my two teammates and myself. I remodeled my own home and surprised my wife with a special birthday party.

Past trend(s) you’d like to see return? I look forward to going back to the office where I can collaborate and socialize with others; and I’d like to see empty- nesters feeling comfortable moving to the city.

Trends on the horizon? I think we are going to see bolder colors coming back in style. And, suburban empty-nesters are going to stay in the suburbs versus moving to the city.

Where do you draw inspiration? I am motivated by wanting the world to be a better place; and by exercise, which gives me great inspiration.
