Shakou Restaurants opened their newest location in Naperville this summer to rave reviews.

This level of high-touch service is no small feat for Managing Director of Operations Tasos Maroulis, who oversees the Shakou Restaurants management team. “Given both the scope of the menu and, most importantly, the quality of the food, our service and attention to the smallest details have to be priority one. Diners are very savvy nowadays and have more options than ever before so your service has to be nothing short of exceptional,” says Maroulis.

Award winning Executive Chef Sang Choi creates his eclectic menus by offering only the freshest ingredients combined with striking visual presentation to achieve unparalleled flavor and flair.
