How do you inspire others? For the past few years, I’ve hired a summer intern, and training someone eager to learn the ins and outs of fashion is deeply gratifying for both the student and us. Guiding them through our daily operations is valuable for their future and also helps them understand the complexities of selecting the right seasonal items for our customers. They learn how to listen to customers’ needs and get to see how it impacts our business. This hands-on experience not only helps them professionally but also inspires them to be who they want to be. I hope my team and I have inspired them as much as they’ve inspired us.

Best advice for anyone starting out? It’s natural to feel nervous when starting out, but it’s a step toward success. Trust yourself and take the leap. If you don’t conquer your fears and try something new, you’ll never move forward. Staying in your comfort zone hinders your growth.

Habit you’ve adopted that has had a significant positive change on your daily routine? Dressing up! Putting on an outfit that makes you feel confident and polished can set a positive tone for the entire day. When you dress up, you not only look good, but you also feel good. It’s amazing how much a great outfit can elevate your mood.
