JESSICA NIEMINSKI (AIF®, CDFA®) is a partner, private wealth advisor, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst at ClearPath Financial, an investment advisory service offered through SEC-registered investment firm Fortis Capital Advisors LLC. With a specialization in tax-efficient financial planning and investment management, Nieminski is dedicated to providing clients with strategies that maximize their financial wellbeing. Her approach focuses on personal connections—taking the time to truly understand her clients’ needs and communicate financial concepts in clear, jargon-free terms. This thoughtful, client-centered approach ensures that every financial decision is aligned with their goals and values.
How do you give back to your community or industry? I host local workshops for people going through divorce, bringing together a panel of amazing local women—top professionals in law, real estate, mortgage, therapy, and more—many of whom have been recognized in the Power Women series. Having gone through divorce myself, I’m really passionate about helping others feel empowered and informed during such a tough time. It also ties in with my work as an advisor and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. Our group is on a mission to change how divorce is experienced in America, and it’s a cause that’s really close to my heart.
How do you maintain balance between your professional and personal life? My life changed when I stopped chasing perfect balance between work and family. I realized it’s much more effective to fully dive into whatever needs my attention most in the moment—whether that’s business or home—instead of stressing about splitting time evenly. Trying to force balance only left me feeling like I wasn’t doing anything well. Now, I focus on being fully present wherever I am. This approach, which I call “Lean Into the Tilt,” is one of the concepts I explore in my upcoming book.
How do you define confidence—and how have you built it? Confidence isn’t about being fearless—it’s about trusting yourself enough to show up anyway. For me, it’s built through daily habits and pushing just a little outside my comfort zone, over and over. It starts every morning with a workout, setting the tone for the day ahead. Creating momentum is key—small wins early on make it easier to take bold steps later.
