STEAKFEST

Chef Paul Vivrant welcomed an impressive group of renowned chefs to Vistro Prime in Hinsdale on September 10 for Steakfest. This evening of food, flavor, and community benefitted No Kid Hungry Chicago. Guests enjoyed signature steak creations from some of Chicagoland’s most celebrated chefs, including Joe Flamm, whose resume includes BLVD, Rosemary, Il Carciofo, and Winner of Bravo’s Top Chef; Jovanni Vargas of BLVD; Russell Kook of The Bellevue; Thomas Oh and Andrew Lim from Perilla Chicago; and Todd Davies from The Foxtail.
