A little more than 40 women gathered at Fuller House Bar, which served as the sponsoring host, for the nonprofit Simply From The Heart’s second annual fundraising brunch. Supporters sipped on champagne while shopping local vendors: Lepa Boutique, Marcus, Hinsdale Wine Shop, Altamura Pizza, Toni Patisserie Café, RedE Mas, Café La Fortuna, Browning and Sons Fine Jewelry, and Northwestern Plastic Surgery and Med Spa. A portion of the proceeds from shopping at the vendors were donated to the organization, which provides a glam squad and glam boxes to help lift the spirits and self-esteem of children and adults undergoing treatment and extended stays in the hospital.
