Media sales executive Julie Dix has worked with some of Chicago’s largest radio stations. In her current position with Prime Time Marketing, one of her goals is to use her experience and relationships to highlight the Danny Did Foundation. The foundation’s mission—to increase public awareness of epilepsy and the risk of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy and to prevent such deaths—has a special place in Dix’s heart as her two older sons suffered from seizures in their youth. Dix lives in Wilmette with her husband and their four children (ages 2-10). This busy wife, mother, media maven, and all-around connector took a break from school pick-up lines and sales pitches to share her shore and city favorites with Sheridan Road.
