EMILY REYNOLDS, a Winnetka native, lives in her hometown with her childhood sweetheart, their three children, and two beloved dogs. After years of struggling with autoimmune challenges and finding limited success with traditional treatments, Reynolds took charge of her health. By transforming her diet, embracing consistent movement, and mastering stress management, she achieved a near-complete recovery, feeling her best since her teenage years. Inspired to help others, she became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founded Emily Reynolds Wellness to empower women to better their health through sustainable lifestyle changes. Reynolds set aside her appointment book to share her city and shore favorites with Sheridan Road.

Preferably my feet or my bike in almost all-weather Driving music? Podcasts. I love Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus and The Mel Robbins Podcast Place to eat? Tala Coffee Roasters, Towne & Oak, Sophia Steak Shop? The Lake Forest Shop, Arch, The Classic Stitch Best thing about the Shore? Being close to our parents, sisters, and extended family Worst thing about the Shore? No hills The perfect day is? Walking the dogs with my husband, watching my kids’ games from the bleachers, and cooking a big dinner for family and friends. I’m happiest with a crowded dining room table
