Dentistry practitioner Dr. Eman Alsahlani is a firm believer that “empowered women empower women.” This mom of three purchased her Waukegan-based business 16 years ago when her firstborn child was just six-weeks-old, proving that being a strong role model and raising a family can go hand-in-hand. Aside from her traditional dentistry practice, she also provides free dentistry for organizations that help victims of domestic abuse and others who are encountering challenging situations. Offering this type of specialized dental care not only fuels her soul but provides an invaluable asset to her community. Here are this powerful doc’s favorites on the shore and in the city.
