Relationships Matter

Relationships Matter

What sets the Wexler Gault Group apart from most realtors? Relationships, drive and results. The group’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious from the moment you meet them. Beth Wexler, Joey Gault, and Liz Salinas have been working together for more than 20 years and have consistently ranked amongst the top 1 percent of realtors in the Chicago area.

“We make the whole process seamless and easy,” says Wexler. “We have systems in place from the second a client signs with us.” Their partnership began in Chicago but when they all moved their families to the North Shore, the focus of their business moved as well. Their @properties office is now located in Highland Park.

In addition, they all have extensive connections with many North Shore brokers. “Because we are living in the communities, we get a lot of information about new listings and properties that are not yet on the market,” says Salinas.

Both Wexler and Salinas live in Highland Park. “I wanted to live in a walkable location, and I think the best part of living on the North Shore is the peace and beauty. I live a block from the lake and my daily walks to the water bring my blood pressure down a little bit,” Wexler says.

Gault and her family moved from the city to Deerfield and have never looked back. “I just think living up north, life is easier. We have tons of parks, community pools, community sports—all of the things that suburbia has to offer.”

“We are all well aware that a home is typically a family’s single largest investment and we take this responsibility seriously,” Gault says.

Wexler adds, “We don’t feel that it’s simply about price, it is meeting our clients’ needs whether it’s location, finishes, size or feel.”

Relationship-building makes The Wexler Gault Group stand out. “We feel so connected and close to our clients that they become friends,” says Wexler.

“For the amount of volume we do, one person couldn’t handle this alone,” Salinas says. She serves as managing partner of The Wexler Gault Group in addition to representing her own clients.

“For us to provide the best service to our clients, the three of us must be intimately involved with the transaction process and maintain good communication. The clients meet all three of us at some point. They know that one of us is always available and attentive to their needs and that nothing is going to fall through the cracks. Because truthfully that’s what we’re here for, client service.”

They regard their entire team in the Highland Park office as one community. “We are all kind of rooting for each other, trying to make everyone better agents and trying to help people on our team as much as possible with any questions they have and mentor them.”

“We all love teaching,” Gault says. “We have so much to share and the people we bring on are really driven and perhaps just starting out in the business. For them to be able to come into this established group and have everything laid out for them is great. We have our own team handbook and we are available to answer questions 24/7.”

Client advocacy is a top priority for the three women. “We have clients in all different price ranges going through different life events, which can be stressful,” Wexler says. “I feel it’s very important to be a resource and an advocate for our clients’ needs.”

It’s easy to see how their extensive market knowledge, commitment to excellence, and devotion to their clients have kept this team at the top of the real estate game for more than two decades.

The Wexler Gault Group’s @properties office is located at 607 Central Avenue in Highland Park. For more information, call 312-961-6699 or visit thewexlergaultgroup.com.
