Definition of success? My definition of success encompasses several aspects. It involves maintaining integrity in all that I do and ensuring honesty and ethical behavior guide my actions. It means being hardworking and dedicated, consistently striving to achieve my goals, and making a positive impact. Additionally, having a strong and loving family is crucial to my definition of success as they provide a foundation of happiness, support, and fulfillment in life. These elements collectively define success for me, guiding my personal and professional pursuits.

Best piece of advice for anyone starting out? Prioritize learning as much as possible, as quickly as possible. Surround yourself with knowledgeable people from whom you can learn and grow. Say yes to opportunities and challenges even if they are outside your comfort zone, and proactively try to turn them into successes. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are key and I am still trying to learn as much as possible!

Greatest risk you’ve taken as a professional? The greatest risk I’ve taken was making a career change after years in the litigation support world. Changing paths meant having the confidence to learn new skills while incorporating the expertise and work ethic I had developed over the years. This transition required me to embrace change and growth, showcasing my ability to adapt and evolve.
